My experience buying a home through Matthew and Brittaney Bennett could not have been more enjoyable.

As a first-time home buyer, I had some trepidation about making such a huge commitment. Matthew and Brittaney were a very calming presence -- knowledgeable but never arrogant, confident but never overbearing, encouraging but never pushy. They gave informed advice about where to live and what to look for, and I always felt comfortable asking them questions and soliciting their honest opinion.

Both Matthew and Brittaney paid close attention to my wish list, so that each condominium I looked at was a good fit for me. If I was ever nonplussed with a listing, they would find out why and alter the plan of action accordingly. Of course... we didn't have to look for long! Due to their committed, enthusiastic approach, I found a home within weeks of our first meeting. And not just any home. I am now living in my favourite neighbourhood in Toronto, in a condo I love, that is well within my price range and meets almost all my criteria. (Only one complaint: there was no soundproofing on the door, so the sounds and smells from the hallway sometimes made their way into my suite. Within hours (yes, really) of telling Matthew about the problem, he and Brittaney were at my condo with a door jam and a housewarming gift! Problem solved.)

I would recommend the services of Matthew and Brittaney Bennett to anyone looking for a home (particularly a condo) in the GTA. And what's more... they're great people.
